About
Found in shallow waters of the eastern Pacific from Alaska to southern California. Sexually dimorphic. Small, growing to just 20 cm or so. Can breathe air for 15-20 minutes if kept moist. First encountered in Pacific Grove, California in August 2023.Relationships
